Tackling Suicide, Together
Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) is an Irish non-profit organisation working at the heart of suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention.
We partner with communities, services, and individuals to create sustainable, local responses to suicide — before, during, and after crisis.
Our practice model works to a proactive, community-first approach. Our work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, evidence-based research and the belief that community is everything.
Suicide Prevention
We work with schools, parents, youth groups, workplaces, and frontline services to build suicide awareness and resilience into everyday spaces — before a crisis ever occurs.
Intervention
We have worked directly with people in suicidal distress for almost ten years, intervening in crisis situations. We equip communities and service providers to respond confidently and compassionately to distress.
Postvention
We provide evidence-based support in the aftermath of suicide. We support families, friends, groups and communities with practical, respectful, and healing programmes and resources.
Get Involved
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in our work. Organisations who want to collaborate, individuals who want to volunteer and those who want to donate or fundraise can get in touch here
